The new generation 7-position Vector Bench features a protractor style degree indicator so you can set the bench at the precise angle for your exercise. The contoured pads help keep you secure for exercises like sit-ups and decline press. The bench rolls easily on sturdy wheels which allows it to be positioned precisely for various machine exercises, and also to be used independent of the machine for exercises such as dumbbell presses, flies, etc. An automatic locking mechanism in the wheels keeps the bench securely in position when you are on the bench.
