The Reebok Cycle Plus machine is a total body recumbent that offers the user both an upper and lower body workout. It is a no-impact workout with less stress on the joints. The Cycle Plus allows the user to adjust the resistance mechanism separately for both upper and lower body, maximizing intensity against each set of muscle groups. The Cycle Plus is as easy to use as any other recumbent with the added feature of an upper body mode. The patented upper body linkage allows the user to exercise in a push-pull or in a rowing motion, providing diversity in the workout.
