Cybex Seated Rotary Calf Raise is designed to work the lower leg muscles or calf muscle of the lower body. It is a selectorized machine that runs through a pulley system via a kevlar belt. This machine has an impressive 390 lbs. weight stack in 20 lbs. increment starting at 10 lbs. It has a fixed back pad and angled seat that is attached to an adjustable carriage. The carriage moves up at a slight angle. There is a large rotary press plate that helps promote proper form while you press against resistance. The design of this machine really isolates the calf muscles.
